A content department has a house style; a person with a chatbot has whatever mood the model woke up in. The fix is to write your style down once — tone, sentence length, words you never use, one paragraph of your best writing as a sample — and paste it in front of every content task. That block is your department's employee handbook.
A good style brief is specific enough to be checkable: 'short sentences, no buzzwords, no exclamation marks, contractions welcome, one concrete example per claim' beats 'casual but professional' every time.
The seed contains a compact style brief plus a task. Run it on two models and judge one thing only: which output would need fewer edits to pass as yours.
