Two defenses. First, the style brief from lesson one, applied always, not sometimes. Second, a periodic drift check: put an old pre-AI piece of yours next to this week's output and read both aloud. If the new one is smoother but emptier, drift has set in — tighten the brief, restore your quirks, write the first sentence yourself.
