Every course before this one taught you to do a job well with an AI: research, write, build. This one asks you to stop doing the jobs and start designing who does them. That's the orchestrator's shift — your output is no longer the work, it's the system that produces the work.
The mental move is drawing an org chart before touching a task. Not "how do I do this," but "what roles does this need, and how does output flow between them." A researcher hands to a writer, a writer hands to a builder, someone coordinates the whole thing. You designed that — you don't sit in any of the seats.
Run the seed: take a task you'd normally do yourself end-to-end, and instead draw the smallest org that could do it — the roles, and the handoff between each. Notice how the work changes when you're designing the flow instead of doing the steps.
