Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address and authentication details, when you create an account.
• Your lesson progress — which lessons you started and completed.
• Prompts you submit in the lab, the model responses returned, the models you chose, and which response you marked as better.
• A daily count of how much you have used the lab and the Navigator.
• If you click an upgrade button, the fact that you clicked it and the price shown at the time.

We do not collect payment card details, because we do not take payments.

Why we use it

To give you an account and keep your progress (performance of our agreement with you), to enforce usage limits and keep the Service running (our legitimate interest), and to understand which lessons and models people find useful (our legitimate interest).

Who else processes it

• Supabase — hosting, database and authentication.
• Lovable — application hosting.
• OpenRouter — routing your prompts to language models. The prompt you submit is sent to the model provider you select, and is handled under that provider's own terms. Do not put confidential or personal information into a prompt.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Lab runs and progress are kept while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we delete your account data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to ilian@vrexpress.io. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни).

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
